The ‘Hippie Hair Perm’ trend that took over women’s fashion in the 70’s is back and it’s hitting the K-Pop idol industry hard!
Several female actors and artists in South Korea have been spotted rocking the “twist perm,” a hairstyle that’s also referred to as the “hippie perm”. The style gives off a crumpled look but still makes almost every idol look incredibly sexy.
Some celebrities who have recently been spotted with this perm are Sulli, Han Ye Seul, and Lee Som.

These stars have permed their hair completely with tightly twisted curls; while other stars like Jeon Do Yeon, Jeong Ryeo Won, Seohyun, Sooyoung, Yoo In Young, and Eom Ji Won have adopted a lighter version of the perm by only applying tight curls to their bangs.
