Baek Ahyeon's "Sad Song" sweeps real-time charts for an all-kill
Singer Baek Ahyeon has swept online real-time music charts with her debut track, showing her skills as a rookie artist.
On September 10th, Baek Ahyeon released her debut mini-album "I'm Baek" on all major online music sites. Her title track "Sad Song" was crowned first place on all top major music charts such as Melon, Bugs, Mnet, Never Music, Soribada, Olleh Music and Daum Music.
Other songs on her mini-album also ranked high on the real-time charts, and she also become one of the top ranking searched topic on various internet portal sites.
Since her days on SBS "K-Pop Star" as the 2nd runner up, Baek Ahyeon has signed an exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment.
JYP Entertainment said, "Removing the title of 'K-Pop Star,' Baek Ahyeon has successfully made her debut as a real singer with her mini-album, and has proven her skills by occupying the major website's charts. We ask that you continue to give her your support."
Baek Ahyeon will have her first debut stage on SBS "Inkigayo" on September 16th.
