BoA's self-composed track, "Only One," achieves an all-kill
As of midnight on July 23rd, BoA achieved an all-kill status with her self-composed and self-written title track, "Only One"!
The "Hallyu Queen" released her Korean studio album, "Only One," on July 22nd as well as the dance music video version of "Only One." Following the digital release of her album, BoA's title track "Only One" immediately placed in 1st and 2nd place on several real-time charts including Bugs, Olleh Music, Melon and more.
BoA tweeted on July 23rd at midnight, "All-kill on the music charts!!!!! Ah~~ I'll be going to sleep happy~~ I'll see you tomorrow at BoA comeback show 'BoA 4354'~~~ Goodnight (-;".
Korean celebrities such as Se7en, Yoon Eunhye, Uhm Junghwa, Super Junior's Shindong, Donghae and Eunhyuk, f(x)'s Amber, Kim Hyungjun, Tiger JK, Kim Dongryul, actor Kim Minjung, Far East Movement, Lee Hyori, Shim Jaewon and more congratulated BoA on her comeback via Twitter upon the album and music video's release.
PSY, who recently released his mini-album, "PSY6 Part 1," has experienced great popularity with title track, "Gangnam Style." Both BoA and PSY's respective title track can be seen battling it out on the real-time charts for 1st place on the majority of Korean music online stores.
On Soribada, BoA and Super Junior can be seen edging each other out for 1st place, while 2NE1, T-ara and PSY are up against BoA for 1st place.
"Only One" is BoA's 1st title track in which she wrote and composed herself. The track takes on a lyrical hip-hop genre with choreography by the amazing NappyTabs.
The physical album for "Only One" is set to be released on July 25th. Meanwhile, BoA's comeback show on SBS titled "BoA 4354" will air on July 28th. She is set to perform her comeback stage on July 29th on SBS "Inkigayo."
