2AM attends press conference in Taiwan for their "The Way of Love" concert tour
Musical group 2AM recently made a stop in Taiwan for their "The Way of Love" concert tour, and prior to performing, 2AM sat down for a press conference in which they revealed their thoughts on a variety of subjects.
2AM was first asked about their impressions of Taiwan, to which the group responded that although this is already their third time visiting Taiwan, none of the members have had the chance to actually explore Taiwan due to their busy schedules. As a result, Jokwon stated that he hopes he can have the opportunity to shop around the area surrounding their hotel during their stay in Taiwan.
Member Changmin also expressed his desire to explore Taiwan, but he jokingly remarked that the only time when the group leaves the hotel is if they have promotions. Fellow member Seulong also added that before he leaves Taiwan, he wants to drink some pearl milk tea.
After talking about music, the members also shared their thoughts on acting. Although 2AM members are well-known for their vocal skills, some of the members, especially Jinwoon, would also like to establish themselves as reputable actors. In fact, Jinwoon revealed that if given the chance, he would like to try acting the role of a dangerous character such as a serial killer. Upon hearing Jinwoon's statement, fellow member Changmin jokingly said that if Jinwoon took on such a role and totally immersed himself in the character, the rest of the 2AM members would be very scared of what Jinwoon might do.
2AM also shared their experiences in recording the Chinese version of their song "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me." Jokwon confessed that he was worried about his Chinese pronunciation and whether he could accurately convey the emotions of the song in a different language. However, with the assistance of the producer, 2AM was able to successfully finish recording "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me" in Chinese.
2AM also expressed their gratitude towards all the love and support they have received from their Taiwanese fans. In fact, the group stated that one of the reasons why they decided to record a Chinese version of "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me" was to thank all of their Mandarin-speaking fans. 2AM also thanked the Taiwanese fans who had done charity work and donated under the group's name.
Reporters also asked 2AM to give a few hints as to what stages and activities would take place at their Taiwanese concert later that evening, but all of the members remained secretive and told everyone to go to their concert to find out.
The Taiwanese stop of their "The Way of Love" tour took place later that evening at the National Taiwan University Sport Center.
