Check out performances from the Olympic Opening Korea Fighting Concert!

In order to further the excitement for Korea's athletes in this year's London Olympics, a special stage was created for K-Pop stars to perform some songs as an opening for the games. The special concert included performances by Infinite, T-ara, Sistar, and more!

Before all this, an introductory clip was played, giving some history about Korea's participation in the previous Olympic games.



Infinite opened the concert with "The Chaser," but first, they went down to the audience to hand red roses out to the competitors. They were dressed in blue suits and matching pants and the crowd sang along to the chorus. The group then smoothly transitioned to their hit, "Be Mine," accompanied by their hypnotic dance moves.

Next, T-ara hit the stage with their retro "Roly Poly." The members wore matching red heels and patterned shorts. Halfway through the song, they too went into the audience to hand out red roses to athletes.

Boy group Teen Top was next in the line up, performing their song "To You." They all wore different suits with the theme colors of pink and gray.

Later, SISTAR brought the feeling of summer to the stage with their newest song, "Loving You." The group wore their nautical, sailor themed outfits in navy blue and white matched with baby blue heels. They also performed one of their earlier songs "So Cool." The crowd's screams and cheers were proof of SISTAR's great popularity. Many members of the audience smiled very brightly as they were able to see SISTAR perform live for them!

Slowing down the night, Ulala Session took control of the mic and performed their song "Beautiful Night." However, they brought up the mood right after the track's slow introduction. They danced along to this jazzy track in their matching blue Ulala varsity jackets. The quartet gave a fun filled stage with some Michael Jackson moves thrown in.

Next, G.NA came onto the stage for a collaboration. As dancers ran in from the aisles, the five on stage sang their rendition of an older song called "The Young You" originally by Kim Soochul. Green, red, blue, yellow, and black balloons fell from the ceiling, surprising the athletes.

After this cheery performance, After School performed their newest hit, "Flashback." They wore red and black outfits with matching black heels. This cool, chic stage was professional, despite the thousands of balloons floating through the crowd.

G.NA then returned to the stage alone to sing her hit, "2 Hot." She was dressed in a black, belted dress, highlighting her thin waist. Her powerful voice surrounded the arena, keeping the energy at a high for the upcoming Olympics.

Brave Guys kept the energy going as they came onto the stage with "Wait and Be Ready." The four brought heavier hip-hop feeling to the stage. Fans were entertained by the afro and mullet wigs that they wore.

Rookie group EXO-K then performed their haunting song "MAMA." The members wore leather jackets and their black outfits contributed to the dark mood of the song.

Insooni closed the concert with her performance of PSY's "Champion." Accompanied by three rapper, Insooni dressed in a green suit gave an exciting, powerful rendition of the pump-up song. Toward the end of the song, a giant Korean flag was pulled across the audience. At this point, the energy was at a maximum, starting the Olympics in the right direction.
