2PM's Chansung confirmed for drama series "The War of the Mystery Couple"
2PM's Chansung has been included in the official line-up for the drama "The War of the Mystery Couple." According to the drama's production company, Chansung will reveal his abilities in martial arts in the new drama series. He will act alongside Joowon and Choi Kanghee.
Chansung will play the role of Gong Doha who is a mysterious character and is described to be a top secret agent. As the plot progresses, he will be involved in a love triangle with Choi Kanghee and Joowon's characters. To prepare for the role, Chansung is reported to have been retraining his body and has taken up taekwondo and kendo.
The drama is described to be an action and romance production and will feature personal relationships made by young agents in the National Intelligence Service. It will be a series composed of twenty episodes and is slated to air on MBC by January 2013.
