Hallyu star So Jisub making preparations for a drama comeback
Actor So Jisub is currently looking through several scripts that has been offered to him, and aims to take up one of them in the first half of this year.
It has been two years since he last starred in a drama, it being "Road Number One" in 2010. Most recently he has completed the filming for action movie "Businessman," and is now comtemplating a melodrama.
According to a representative from the industry on February 15th, "So Jisub has shown interest in a drama that revolves around the destined love and lives of a couple in their thirties. He is being very cautious right now because 'Road Number One' did not do very well in the ratings."
Meanwhile, a spokesperson from So Jisub's side stated, "Three scripts have been given to him. I can't comment on what kind of work they are. But it is certain that his work will be a drama. He is in the midst of preparations."
So Jisub will decide on the drama next week.
