Photos from the first script reading session for upcoming drama "King 2 Hearts" released
Lee Seunggi, Ha Jiwon along with the rest of the cast and crew of upcoming drama "King2Hearts" participated in the first script reading session. On the 20th of February, representatives from the production revealed official photos from their first session which was held at the MBC Dream Centre in Ilsan.
The actors and actresses were seen cautiously reading through their lines as they rehearse their accents, facial expressions and converse with other characters for the first time. The session was further reported to have lasted four hours in which the cast enthusiastically took part in.
For their first meeting, the director of the drama revealed how the actors and actresses fit the roles perfectly and praised them for the friendly atmosphere. Ha Jiwon, who had to learn the North Korean dialect for the role, was praised for her effort after learing the dialect for months. She was further revealed to participated in the session complete with highlighters and notes, while co-actor Lee Seunggi coped through his facial expressions and hand gestures.
"King 2 Hearts" will be a drama set in a modern day South Korea which is governed by a constitutional monarchy. Lee Seunggi is set to play a charming yet materialistic, who has no interest in politics. He then falls in love with Ha Jiwon's character, who will play a special forces agent from North Korea. The drama is set to start its broadcast by March.
