T-ara's Eunjung files lawsuit against "Five Fingers"

Submitted: Oct 02 2012 08:30 AM by ohgelie

T-ara's Eunjung, along with Core Contents Media, is reported to have filed a lawsuit against the production company on SBS drama series "Five Fingers." The news started to circulate yesterday by various media outlets which confirmed Eunjung's legal move against the production agency.

According to reports, Eunjung is filing at least 148 million won in terms of compensation for the damage caused to her reputation as a singer and actress.
Core Contents Media stated that Eunjung was forced to step down from the drama without any prior notice, further confirming that they are filing the case to recover Eunjung's tarnished image and reputation.

T-ara's Eunjung was originally selected as one of the female leads for "Five Fingers" and even attended the drama's official press launch and script reading session. Due to T-ara's recent bullying controversy, SBS and the production agency pulled Eunjung out of her first filming session for the drama's fifth episode, as they worried about the controversy damaging the drama's image and ratings.

T-ara's Eunjung was later on replaced by actress Jin Saeyeon.

It's quite sad that they took her by surprise like that.
If they were planning to sack her, they might aswell tell her straight up,
instead of waiting until her reputation started to slowly re-build then knocking her down again.
Low move SBS. Low move :/
    Just saying..

There is a saying, "Don't Bite the Hand that Feeds YOU!". Since CCM has decided to sue all media outlets, who will publish good news about T-ara? Producers had no choice, but to fire Eunjung on the spot, CCM knew that could happen, but refuse to acknowledged there was a problem. Really KKS fault for not clearing up the matter before it got out of hand!
