BEAST releases full character pictures for comic book series, "The BEAST"
Last month, it was revealed that the members of BEAST would become the characters of a new comic book series, "The BEAST." Using their unique superpowers, the BEAST members will save the world in the upcoming series. The first book, "The BEAST - The Beginning of Destiny," is set to be released on August 22nd. There will be a total of six books in the series.
The cover for the first book was released on August 3rd. On August 7th, full character pictures were revealed for all of the members.
The artist, Jenna, used the latest concept photos of the members to create the cartoons with very accurate characteristics.
In the pictures, Kikwang is drawn with a dark concept, giving off lots of charisma. In the series, Kikwang has the superpower psychokinesis, or the ability to move objects without touching them. The youngest member of BEAST, Dongwoon, is drawn with light brown hair and his cartoon gives off an innocent charm. Dongwoon's superpower will be an amazing memory.
Doojoon's character is drawn in maroon and black with a soccer ball, emphasizing his athleticism and soccer skills, along with his manly charm. Yoseob is drawn with his signature blond hair. He is wearing a magician's hat and holding a microphone. Yoseob's superpower will be the ability to create a song at any moment and with his voice's charm he will be able to produce an illusion (magic show).
Junhyung is drawn with black hair and a white jacket, giving off a cold but strong look. Hyunseung is drawn with his new red hair. Hyunseung will have the ability to teleport as his superpower.
Anticipation for the comic book series is already high, as there is said to be a love triangle in the series involving a woman, Kikwang, and Junhyung.
Meanwhile, BEAST is currently promoting their fifth mini album, "Midnight Sun," with their hit title track, "Beautiful Night."
