Big Bang's G-Dragon celebrates 25th birthday + unveils a snippet of his new track
Celebrating his 25th birthday in South Korea (24th, Western age) today, Big Bang's G-Dragon unveiled an audio teaser for his upcoming solo album. On the 18th of August, friends and fans alike greeted G-Dragon on social networking site, Twitter, and managed to trend the tag #Happy25thGDay.
As a reply to the warm wishes online, G-Dragon uploaded a snippet of one of his tracks, along with the message saying, "Today's my birthday but I'm in the recording studio. But I can't help but to be happy with your messages and this is a gift!” The audio featured a small hint on his new sound with distinct lyrics "Just wild and young" heard from the background.
G-Dragon was initially speculated to release his second album on his birthday but it eventually got delayed. YG Entertainment recently announced that they have already finished filming for one of his music videos but revealed no further details.
