Recently, K-Pop has been making its way onto various American news sources. Artists such as PSY have appeared on stations such as CNN, and now, Korean music group CNBLUE also received airtime on a local US news station.

CNBLUE’s song "One Time" was recently used as the introductory background music to a report on the US women’s gymnastics team that was aired on the TV station WPSD Local 6. WPSD Local 6 is a television news station that serves audiences located in states such as Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, and Missouri.

While airing CNBLUE’s song, the reporter also introduced the track, stating, "You are listening to ‘One Time’ by CNBLUE," before continuing with the rest of her report on the Olympics and the US women’s gymnastics team.

"One Time" is a Japanese track that was written by CNBLUE member Jung Yonghwa and it was released on June 26, 2010, as part of the group’s Japanese single "One Way."
