Female celebrities reveal their slimming diets
Summer is one of the most popular times for people to start losing weight to achieve that beach body, and celebrities are no different. KARA's Nicole, 2NE1's Bom, Seo Inyoung, and Lee Hani reveal their diet of choice.
Nicole uses a diet from Denmark. It was her quick way to lose weight in two weeks. This method was started by the Danish National Hospital and focuses on consuming the less possible carbonated fluids. The diet is comprised mostly of eggs and greens to create a high protein low calorie combination. After two weeks of this intensive diet, it's important to eat lots of vitamins for ten days. Other than Nicole, many other Korean idols have tried this diet to lose 3-10kg. However, as this diet is not nutritious, it can definitely have negative health effects.
Bom prefers the lettuce method. Before, pictures of her eating vegetables have surfaced on the web, thereby introducing her fans to this diet. However, she doesn't just eat raw veggies. She also drinks 2 liters of water and exercises a lot. Lettuce has many positive aspects such as countering depression, headaches, and insomnia. Additionally, it can also help with digestion. But, if the lettuce is not accompanied by plenty of water and exercise, it will not only have no effect on weight loss, but can also be hazardous to the body.
Singer Seo Inyoung's slender body is evidence of her hard work. She has a body type that can gain weight easily and so about 1-2 months before she begins promotions, she will rely on either a banana diet or a milk diet. She once lost 6kg in two months because of the banana diet. This plan of eating chicken breast and bananas and doing some aerobics exercises. This diet is not completely fool proof though, as eating too many bananas will increase body weight too.
Finally, Lee Hani uses the lemon diet. Jeon Hyebin has also used this technique. The recipe for this is simple: add the juice of three lemons as well as some paprika into 2 liters of water. The hard part, is that other than this fluid, no food can be consumed for a week. This method can clear out unhealthy toxins as well as stimulate weight loss. The citric acid can also help counter fatigue and improve health. Because of the high vitamin C content, this method is great for skin and therefore is very popular among ladies.
Remember, although weight loss might be a goal for many women, these methods are just some that a few people use. The most important thing is to find a healthy eating plan that balances necessary vitamins and nutrients with exercise.
