Jay Park's "FRESH AIR: BREATHE IT" mixtape achieves gold status
Jay Park's recent mixtape titled "FRESH AIR: BREATHE IT" has recently achieved over 100,000 downloads on one of the largest mixtape sources in the United States, DatPiff. As a result, the mixtape has earned the gold status.
According to Jay Park's agency, Sidus HQ, Jay Park is the first Asian artist to accomplish such a feat, and on DatPiff, this puts him on the same level as artists like Kanye West, Lil' Wayne and 50 Cent. What is even more impressive is that the mixtape was able to reach gold status without much promotion by Jay Park.
"FRESH AIR: BREATHE IT" was released as a gift to fans, and includes the title track "Body 2 Body" with five additional tracks. You can download the mixtape for free on DatPiff here.
Meanwhile, Jay Park is currently preparing for his solo concert, "New Breed Asia Tour in Seoul," which will be held in the Seoul Olympic Park Hall on August 18th.
