Joo Jihoon confirmed for the drama "Five Fingers"
After finishing his mandatory military training and filming for his first movie project since his discharge, Joo Jihoon also announced that he will soon make his comeback to the small screen. Keyeast Agency confirmed in a press release today stating that Jihoon will be joining te cast of upcoming drama series "Five Fingers." The new production is set to begin its run in August via SBS.
The drama's scriptwriter also praised Jihoon for his professionalism despite the looming issues of his past behaviour. The scriptwriter was further quoted saying, "Because he is still apologetic about his past behaviors, Joo has been thinking over and over about returning to the television. But with the trust that the director and scriptwriter have shown to him, and being attracted to the character he has been cast to play, we made this final decision."
"Five Fingers" will be aired after "A Gentleman's Dignity" ends its run. The drama will be directed by Choi Yoonhoon from the hit series "War of the Roses" and written by Kim Soonok from "Temptation of Wife."
