MBC to cancel the show "Come to Play"
MBC has decided to cancel the broadcasting of talk show "Come to Play" due to low viewership ratings.
Having started back in 2004, "Come to Play" has run for almost nine years on MBC. The show, which is emceed by Yoo Jaesuk and Kim Wonhee, invites popular celebrities to share about their personal lives in a comfortable, casual atmosphere.
The news of canceling the show came very abruptly and has left loyal viewers and the show's production crew in shock, especially when "Come to Play" has been seeing a small increase in viewership due to the addition of segments such as "The Suspicious Mountain Cabin" to the show. However, the increase was not significant enough for MBC to change its decision to cancel the show.
The last episode of "Come to Play" will feature Super Junior member Eunhyuk.
