On July 22nd, BEAST released their fifth mini album, "Midnight Sun." The members of BEAST performed their comeback stages on this week's episodes of the weekly music shows.

For their comeback, BEAST held a guerilla concert at Gwanghamun Square and it was televised as their Inkigayo comeback performance. The members of BEAST also performed their comeback stages of "Not Me" and "Beautiful Night" on this week's episodes of Music Bank and Music Core.

Recently, an MR removed version of their July 27th Music Bank comeback stage of their title track, "Beautiful Night," was uploaded on YouTube. An "MR removed" version means that the music recoding or background music of the song is removed so that the vocals can clearly be heard. Netizens who listened to the MR removed version praised BEAST's live singing skills.

Netizens commented, "BEAST's MR removed version shows the quality of their singing," "I know there is no reason to bother removing the background now," "Well done," "Yang Yoseob's lives are unwavering," "For BEAST it's okay to remove the music," and "BEAST can handle this kind of music removal."
