Park Gyuri comments on outcast rumours and Seungyeon clarifies on having a personal rice cooker
KARA's Park Gyuri spoke up on the outcast misunderstanding surrounding her. On the episode of MBC's "Golden Fishery -- Radio Star" that aired on October 19th, each of the KARA members cleared up the rumors they were entangled in, and further revealed some behind-the-scenes anecdotes.
When it came to Park Gyuri's turn, a past incident of her standing among the Jewelry members and not her own members was brought up. Back then people had started saying she was an outcast from her group when the photo surfaced.
She explained wittily, "It put me in a bad mood when I heard people saying I was an outcast. As everyone who knows me knows, it's me who outcasts the world. I'm definitely not an outcast."
With regards to the rumour about having a personal rice cooker back in their dormitory, Han Seungyeon clarified, "Because we're on diets, there are many cases where there's a lot of left over rice that we have to throw away. It's such a waste so I bought a personal rice cooker. There is absolutely no truth to the rumor of our relationship being bad."
Meanwhile, they also commented on the situation where they came close to disbanding. They revealed that even during that period, all of them were in contact with each other, and knew that they would eventually continue promoting together as a group.
