PSY set to perform topless in Seoul Plaza this week
PSY announced more details on his topless performance in South Korea this week. Previously, PSY promised that he will dance topless in front of his fans, if "Gangnam Style" ranked first on the Billboard Hot 100.
However, PSY announced today that he will keep that promise whether he ranks first on the BillBoard Hot 100 or not. He was further quoted saying, "I'm currently at No. 2 on the chart. My ranking can get higher, stay at No. 2 or fall below where I am. This is already an honorable record that I will keep my words from regardless of the result." PSY will perform topless version of "Gangnam Style" at the Seoul Plaza this Thursday at 9 PM (KST).
After breaking records and became the first Korean artist to top the U.K's Official Top 40, PSY also managed to rank 2nd on the U.S Billboard Hot 100 Chart this week. Currently in South Korea to perform in various university festivals, PSY is also scheduled to perform at the Busan International Film Festival this October.
