PSY to depart for L.A. on the 15th to meet with talent manager, Scooter Braun
PSY will be leaving to Los Angeles on August 15th to meet with officials from Justin Bieber's agency. Recently, he received love calls from the U.S. agency after his music video for "Gangnam Style" went viral.
After having completed his "Summer Stand" concert on the 11th, he will be flying to Los Angeles to meet with American talent manager Scooter Braun at his home, who is known to manage Justin Bieber. There, the two will discussing on future plans such as collaborations.
On August 13th, YG Entertainment officials representing PSY told Star News, "Following the summer concert, PSY will be going on a trip with his family. He is currently in discussion of going on vacation with his family, in addition to his overseas trip. He will be discussing topics regarding 'Gangnam Style' with Justin Bieber's manager."
With the help of Lee Kyuchang, known by his American alias Kyu Lee, American talent manager and Justin Bieber manager, Scooter Braun, and PSY were able to set up this meeting. Officials from Justin Bieber's agency has voiced on their interest in a global operation for "Gangnam Style."
On July 31st, Scooter Braun tweeted, "HOW DID I NOT SIGN THIS GUY!?!??!," linking to the music video. He later stated, "Watching this again. Going to learn the whole dance. Incredible."
