Secret reveals diet plans after successfully losing 4kg

Like SNSD’s Yuri’s diet, Secret has also been gathering attention for their breakfast diet plans, which the members revealed recently through a variety show on SBS.

On the show, Secret revealed that in order to lose weight, they combined the effects of having a well-planned breakfast, dancing, and exercising. The girl group’s diet plans show that their menu mainly consists of sweet potatoes, bananas, tofu, tomatoes, and other food items low in carbohydrates and high in protein. They commented that their plans have already resulted in the loss of 3-4 kg.

Secret’s Sunhwa commented that sweet potatoes are her favorite of the foods from the diet. On the other hand, member Jieun revealed, “For the purposes of immediate weight loss, I tried eating oatmeal for breakfast, but my health became worse. As a result, in order to maintain a healthy body, I choose to eat organic food instead.”

    I'm glad that they're getting protein and doing it all nice but I think Secret is the most curvy ones in K-pop, like their beauty doesn't lie within what the scale reads. So I hope they don't do drastic weightless plans. :) I just want cheeks on the girls and honey thighs! Love them for who they are!

    Honestly, this one and Yuri's both sound pretty good. They're not really unhealthy. But, since they are so active, they could probably increase their caloric intake and still be okay.
