SHINee experiences the night market on variety show
After attending the Etude House charity event, SHINee remained in Taiwan for a few days in order to promote their latest mini album, "Sherlock." The producers of "100% Entertainment," a variety show in Taiwan, knew that the SHINee members couldn't forget their experience of going to night markets, and as the members cannot go to the real night market, they decided to bring the night market onto the filming set for SHINee.
As SHINee had gone to the night market during the winter the last time they visited Taiwan, they were unable to try the popular mango shaved ice. After trying it for the first time on the show, the four SHINee members (Minho flew back to Korea prior to the filming) fell in love with the dessert, and kept eating without regard of their image. Taemin happily expressed, "There's no such thing in Korea. I really want to bring it back to eat!" Upon seeing SHINee's reaction, the staff members from Korea all wanted to try the dessert, prompting SHINee members to make some for them.
After eating mango shaved ice, SHINee split into two teams and challenged each other with the basketball machine, with Jonghyun and Key on one team and Onew and Taemin on the other. They all did their best in disturbing the other team - by blowing air towards the basketballs, singing really loudly on the side, mixing plush dolls with the basketballs, and putting the balls in other members' sweaters.
The last game that SHINee played was 3D Angry Birds. Upon seeing all the props used for the real life Angry Birds game, the four members could not hold back and began playing, offering to use their heads as targets in the game. One of the hosts originally aimed to hit another host, but missed and almost ended up hitting Onew, prompting Onew to call him ruthless. The host responded by saying, "Good thing I didn't actually hit him, or else SHINee's fans would hit me back!"
