Super Junior member Sungmin's musical "Jack the Ripper" performed at the National Theater of Korea

Super Junior member Sungmin was previously reported to have been cast for a role in the musical "Jack the Ripper," and the musical was finally performed at the National Theater of Korea on July 25th!

"Jack the Ripper" is a musical about a man named Daniel who takes on a risky deal because of his love for a woman named Gloria. The role of Daniel will be shared by Super Junior's Sungmin and FT Island's Seunghyun while the role of Gloria will be shared by Sonya and J. Min, who are both said to have amazing singing talent.

As for the role of Jack, the serial killer who strikes the dangerous deal with Daniel, two people will also share this part - singer Shin Sungwoo and actor Kim Barae.

The cast for the musical also includes actors Min Youngki, Lee Kunmyung, and Yoo Junsang, all of whom will play the role of Detective Anderson, who only appears in the musical's first and last scenes. Lee Heejung and Lee Jungyeol will both play the role of the reporter Monroe while actresses Seo Jiyoung and Baik Minjung will take on the role of Detective Anderson's former girlfriend, Polly.

"Jack the Ripper" will continue playing at the National Theater of Korea until August 25th and will then be playing in Japan throughout September and October.
