Super Junior's Siwon shares his opinion on Nichkhun's recent DUI on Twitter
Super Junior's Siwon recently shared his opinions regarding 2PM Nichkhun's recent DUI on Twitter.
He writes on July 27th, "A few days ago Korean idol group 2PM member Nichkhun was involved in a traffic accident while drinking and driving which is an absolutely illegal action."
"To this point Nickhun should regret and refrain from committing such actions ever again. I believe he is examining himself more because of this accident."
"Nickhun is a symbol of the Thai dream of success and has significance for both Korea and Thailand. Let us give him time to reflect from which he will emerge a better and reborn person. Thank you."
In the early morning of July 24th, Nichkhun was involved in a minor car accident after leaving a dinner get-together with the artists of JYP Entertainment, and was recorded of having an alcohol level of 0.056%. JYP Entertainment released an official apology following the accident, however, the situation resulted in Nichkhun getting pulled out of advertisements. It was then revealed that Nichkhun has decided to halt activities for self-reflection, even leaving a heartfelt apology on Twitter. Due to this, Nichkhun will not take part of the upcoming JYP Nation concert of JYP Entertainment's "Fan's Day" event.
