It was a big week for U-Kiss as they not only released their new Japanese single, "Dear My Friend," but also held a very successful fan meet with over 8,000 people.
The fan meet was held in celebration of this release. Held in Lazona in Kawasaki, the event was a huge success as the crowd of 8,000 gathered at the venue at the crack of dawn to wait for U-Kiss. Their performances were high energy and intense. At the end of the day, there were about 6,500 fans who attended the high touch event to create summer memories with U-Kiss.
Soohyun said, "Even though the weather was bad, seeing so many fans here for us really moved me. As a group, U-KISS hopes to always be close to our fans. Being able to partake in such an event really makes me happy. Next week, we will be continuing with our promotions in Sapporo, Niigata, and NHK Hall in Tokyo. I can't wait to see you all again. Thank you, as always!"
U-KISS's activities in Japan will not be over for quite a while, as they are slated to release their fourth Japanese single, "One of You," in September.
