[UPDATE] T-ara's Soyeon reported to have sustained minor injuries in car accident and sent to hospital

Update: Hospital officials revealed, "Soyeon strained her neck (the ligaments and muscles could have been stretched or torn) but after receiving emergency treatment she has returned to Seoul."

Update #2: Pictures were recently revealed showing the damaged van that Soyeon was in, along with pictures of Soyeon lying on a hospital bed. She is shown wearing a neck brace, and looks to be in much pain. Core Contents Media stated, "Soyeon is only suffering from minor injuries, but she has been very scared since the accident. She has also been complaining of pain of the neck, shoulders, and back. Filiming for 'Haeundae Lovers' will be rescheduled when she gets better, but Soyeon is determined to start working again."

T-ara's Soyeon has been reported to be sent to the emergency room after a car accident.

Sports Chosun reports that Soyeon was traveling to Busan after shooting for her drama, "Haeundae Lovers," at approximately 7AM KST when her car lost control and hit the guard rail twice before flipping over. The reason for the crash is said to be due to the poor road conditions caused by the rain.

Two stylists were also in the car with Soyeon, and all three were taken to the hospital to undergo a CT and X-Ray scan. Core Contents Media released a statement stating that the crash was due to the rain and that "[the] incident seems bigger than we anticipated [due to the car flipping over]. The 199 (Korean 911) response team has transported everyone to the emergency room."

They continued on to reassure fans that Soyeon has only suffered "minor injuries," and that she will be canceling her filming schedule, undergoing full testing at the hospital before resuming.
