Lee Jaehoon and Han Sukkyu to star in upcoming comedy film
Lee Jaehoon and Han Sukkyu are currently preparing to star in an upcoming film titled "My Pavarotti," appearing alongside Kang Sora and Oh Dalsu. The film's production company, KM Culture, recently revealed that the first filming took place on August 4th at a high school in Yeoju, with Lee Jaehoon portraying a transfer student named Jangho.
Han Sukkyu is set to play the role of a high school music teacher, Sangjin, who helps Jaehoon's character rehabilitate from his past gang activities by helping him become a singer like the famous tenor, Luciano Pavarotti. Meanwhile, Kang Sora will play a student named Sookhee, Jangho's love interest. The film is described as a comedy drama, and will focus on the special relationship between Sangjin and Jangho.
"My Pavarotti" will be directed by Yoon Jongchan and is scheduled to open in theaters during the first half of next year. This will be the director's fourth full-length film.
