Rain's film "R2B: Return to Base" has been pre-sold to 30 countries
CJ E&M, the investing company in charge of the distribution of the movie "R2B: Return to Base" has pre-sold the distribution rights to 30 countries. Some of the nations listed were Taiwan, Thailand, India, Germany, England, other Asian countries. The film will be released in multiple North American cities on August 24th.

The film revolves around Rain's character, Jeong Taehun intervening a North Korean attack on South Korea. Based off the movie "The Red Muffler", "R2B" is sure to satisfy viewers seeking a tense and thrilling exchange of action. The trailer for the movie shows various scenes that showcase many of the scenarios that will be taking place. Attempting to stop a potential war by intervening an unidentified combat plane, Taehun and Cheolhui (played by Yoo Yoonsang) attempt a nearly impossible mission.
With breathtaking cinematography that was captured at varying heights between 7.5 km to 13,000 km in the air, the film pulls at the strings of the actual situation occurring in North and South Korea. With both nations being technically at war for over 60 years, the film forces viewers to question what if this situation really did arise.
Asian fans will be invited to Yongsan CGV to view the movie with subtitles in English, Chinese, and Japanese on August 14th prior the actual release.
