2AM reveals full MV for "For You~ Kimi No Tame Ni Dekiru Koto"
After revealing a short video teaser of this song, 2AM has released the full music video for "For You~ Kimi No Tame Ni Dekiru Koto."
This emotional ballad by 2AM shows scenes of the members in the forever dreaded "friend zone," destined to always be nothing more than friends of the lead actresses. 2AM also appears standing on a bridge, shrouded in fog which represents the feelings of confusion that they face in the storyline.
These points are most clearly seen when each member faces his struggles of babysitting a pet dog, always being on call, third wheeling on a road trip, and missing a gift giving by less than a minute. The mournful melody and lyrics mirror the unfortunate position 2AM is in.
"For You~ Kimi No Tame Ni Dekiru Koto" is set to be the opening theme of an upcoming TBS television manga-turned-drama. Titled "Revolving Lantern," it will air on August 20th.
