Dok2, Soran, and Yellow Monsters release "Orange Revolution Festival Part 4" single
Rapper Dok2 and indie rock bands Yellow Monsters and Soran have recorded several tracks as part of the Orange Revolution Festival's next release in their series of singles. Dok2, Yellow Monsters, and Soran join fellow artists 10cm, Acoustic Collabo, Taru, Lalasweet, Tete, Soulman, and Linus' Blanket in creating tracks for the festival's special collaboration singles.
Dok2's track, "Hunnit", featuring DJ Dopsh, is a midtempo hip-hop track. Showcasing his signature lyricism and flow, Dok2 raps over a striking instrumental with thumping bass drums and sparse snaps and handclaps. The hook of the track consists of hip hop samples from tracks including Nas's "One Mic" and Jay-Z's "What More Can I Say". In the track lyrics, Dok2 also teases the release his upcoming mixtape, "South Korean Rap Star".
In "Oh Right!", Yellow Monsters delivers an upbeat and peppy ska punk rock track. The dynamic guitar riffs and quick tempo create an energetic vibe throughout the song.
Keeping in line with their signature style, rookie indie rock group Soran maintains a refreshing, mellow feeling throughout their track "Strange Day, Indeed". With their calming melodies and soft vocals, Soran rounds out the releases on Orange Revolution Festival's fourth single album with "Strange Day, Indeed".
The single release also includes the instrumental versions of each track, bringing the total number of tracks on the album to six.
