EXID releases 1st mini-album, "Hippity Hop"
On August 13th, EXID releases their new mini-album, "Hippity Hop," on various online music websites. This marks the first album EXID's Solji and Hyerin have participated in, after joining the group following the leave of former EXID members Dami, Yuzi and Haeryung.
The upgraded EXID has interested many fans prior to the album's release following the music video teaser. In addition, "Hippity Hop" was produced by Wontaek, who wrote MBLAQ's "Mona Lisa" and "Stay."
In particular, the title track "I Feel Good" features a fun and addictive chorus, and was composed and written by Jun Gun, who wrote Big Bang Taeyang's "I Need A Girl," and arranged by hitmaker producer, Shisadong Tiger.
"Think About" features an 80's disco-style beat with the blend of a trendy melody. BEAST member Junhyung also participated in the creation of this track.
EXID's agency officials said, "You will be able to feel the five-members charm in this album with the various songs. They are attached to this album because they have worked their heart and souls into it."
You can purchase EXID's new mini-album at Bugs, Soribada and Olleh Music.
