Girls' Generation to release 6th Japanese single "Flower Power" and 2nd Japanese album in November
Girls' Generation continues to release singles after singles in Japan. On August 26th, the popular Korean girl group released their 5th Japanese single "Oh!", which has been doing well on Oricon charts.
On October 2nd via their Japanese website, Girls' Generation's announced the release of their 6th Japanese single "Flower Power," as well as their 2nd Japanese album.
"Flower Power" is set to be released on November 14th, while the 2nd Japanese album - currently untitled - will be released the following week on November 28th.
"Flower Power" will feature a chorus that will demonstrate Girls' Generation's sexy side, and is an uptempo dance track with a flowing baseline. The lyrics of the track is about the tactics between a man and woman as they move on the dance floor. Girls' Generation will sing the track with the sound and light of a glittering atmosphere.
A concept photo was also revealed along with the announcement featuring Girls' Generation's in club-like outfits with search lights shining on them.
