Jang Jaein releases "Fantasy" for MBC drama "Arang and the Magistrate" OST Part 1
The first OST single from the fantasy-action MBC drama "Arang and the Magistrate,' has been released. The single "Fantasy" was released by singer-songwriter Jang Jaein, who is known for her unique singing voice and participation in Mnet "Superstar K2."
Jang Jaein wrote the lyrics of the OST track, while Park Hyekyung and Kang Hyunmin composed and produced "Fantasy."
"Fantasy" has a sad and longing melody with a wonderful orchestra and piano arrangement, creating a beautiful harmony. Jang Jaein sings a sorrowful chorus, allowing the listener to be engulfed in the track.
The fantasy drama tells the story of Arang (played by Shin Mina), the daughter of a magistrate, who is brutally murdered with no recollection of how it happened. She meets a magistrate played by Lee Junki, who has the ability to see the dead. "Arang and the Magistrate" takes place in the Joseon Dynasty and had its first episode aired on August 15th.
