PSY appears on NBC's "Extra" for flashmob and live interview
The "Gangnam Style" sensation is continuing to spread rapidly, and PSY was recently spotted recording a TV spot for popular NBC entertainment show "Extra."
PSY also went to Twitter to tweet the exciting news, saying, "I was at Grove mall with the program "EXTRA"~!!! in L.A~!!!" He also attached a video along with the tweet, showing followers the large-scale flashmob that took place on September 17th (PST) at the Grove Mall in Los Angeles, California.
The video, taken by a fan at the scene, shows the participants ranging from age 10 to in their 30s, as they parade through the mall, dancing to "Gangnam Style."
In addition to making an appearance on "Extra," PSY also performed on "The Today Show" as well as "Saturday Night Live." The entertainer is scheduled to make a second appearance on the "Ellen" show on Wednesday, September 19th, and then return home to Korea on September 25th.
Meanwhile, PSY's official "Gangnam Style" music video has hit 200 million views on YouTube, further emphasizing its viral craze.
