"Running Man" to resume filming with Gary
The cast and crew of outdoor variety show "Running Man" is set to resume filming for the show, originally scheduled for September 24th. Gary previously hinted plans of leaving the show to spare the program on the backlash regarding Leessang Company's cancelled "Super 7" controversy and minimize damage.
The show initially canceled their scheduled filming last September 24th and 25th after Leessang's Gary announced his temporary hiatus from variety shows. It was announced today that the cast and crew will resume filming and is decided for October 1st or the 2nd. The filming will also be Gary's comeback on the show since the "Super 7" controversy erupted. However, everyone on the show made arrangements to fit in Gary's comeback and decided to cut their Chuseok holiday short for the shoot.
Meanwhile, Jungle Entertainment also sent out their official statement today, confirming that Leessang's Gary and Gil will be returning to their respective variety shows and apologized for causing much confusion due to the recent issue.
