MAMAMOO is further solidifying their status as mainstream idols as they were recently confirmed to be appearing in an upcoming episode of Weekly Idol.
On July 28th, it was revealed that the rookie girl group had taken part in a recording for the idol variety show where they took part in hilarious dance segments with MCs Jung Hyung Don and Defconn, as well as sharing pleasant memories with one another.
Despite having made their debut last year with “Mr. Ambiguous” and following up with releases like “Piano Man,” MAMAMOO had not appeared on the show until recently.
With their most recently comeback with “Um Oh Ah Yeh,” MAMAMOO has been receiving a lot of attention as lovable and power rookies as each members showed to be all talented with not a single weak in vocal or performance. With their fierce presence finallly recognized, it’s no surprise that MAMAMOO has received a lovecall to appear on Weekly Idol.
No word yet as to when their episode will air. Weekly Idol airs every Wednesday at 6pm KST.
