Song Ji Hyo and Byun Yo Han confirmed to join tvN’s “Ex-Girlfriend Club”

Actress Song Ji Hyo and actor Byun Yo Han have confirmed their next drama role and has been cast as the leads for tvN‘s upcoming drama, Ex-Girlfriend Club.

While this is Song Ji Hyo’s comeback drama since Emergency Couple last year, this will be Byun Yo Han’s 2nd drama project following his debut drama role in Misaeng.

tvN’s Ex-Girlfriend Club is a comic-romantic drama that follows the story of a web cartoonist Bang Myung soo (Byun Yo Han) who obssesses over his girlfriend’s many exes, and writes many of his cartoons based on his own ex-girlfriends. His cartoons are eventually picked up by a movie production. On a similar note, Song Ji Hyo will play a film producer named Kim Su Jin, who herself can’t just seem to get over her ex-boyfriend and his current girlfriend.

The upcoming drama is lead by Kwon Seok Jang PD (MBC‘s Pasta, Golden Time, Miss Korea) and written by Lee Jin Mae (I Am Sam, Call of the Country), and will air following the completion of Heart to Heart.

Ex-Girlfriend Club is scheduled to air this May following the end of Super Daddy Yeol.
