[★VIDEO] Drake praises Dumbfoundead at recent press conference

At a recent press conference, Canadian rapper and songwriter Drake expressed his excitement for Dumbfoundead, who returned to rap battling after a five year hiatus.

At the press conference for the event, which took place on February 7th and 8th in Toronto, Drake told the media that one of the things he was excited about was the return of Dumbfoundead, who now goes by Parker.

In a short video uploaded on Dumbfoundead’s official Facebook page, Drake can be heard praising Korean rapper: “For me, you know, for me a big thing is Dumbfoundead. I watched Dumbfoundead for years, man. I really like, I mean, it’s good to see him, uh, come back and just bless us with presence at this event is insane.

Dumbfoundead responded to Drake’s praise with a caption in the video, and returned with some compliments of his own for the Canadian rapper and songwriter: “this past weekend i returned to battling after a 5 year hiatus and i was inspired all over again! i fully respect all the battlers that put their heart into this craft, they are truly in the front line of this culture and sacrifice themselves to entertain and stimulate the minds of everybody watching these videos! i also couldn’t believe Drake even knew who i was, i was trippin’ out, considering he is one of the best songwriters in the game! i felt overwhelmed by the fans and all the supporters who were there as well and made me remember why i started rappin’ to begin with! respect!

It’s great to see Dumbfoundead getting recognized for his music, especially by world-class artists such as Drake. Make sure to check out the video below!
