San E shares album preview for “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”

On April 19th, San E gave fans a treat by sharing an album preview for his upcoming album, The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

Giving a sneak peek of each track that is to be included on the album, the preview revealed that the album would have a handful of talented artists as special features.

Opening with the prerelease track “#LuvUHater,” the video flashes through photos of San E posing cooly against various backgrounds. The next track “She’s” borrows the whispery vocals of Jungin before transitioning to the sick verses of his track “On Top of Your Feet” with GREE. The fourth track is “Using You” featuring Joe Rhee, presenting a laidback and slightly dark backbeat. “I Deserve It” has a star studded featuring, including Jessi, illinit, and i11evn. However, the collaborations do not stop coming as “Feeling Good Now” highlights Don Mills and YDG. The album also includes a sweet duet with 15&’s Baek Yerin titled “Me You.”

“$$o Dope” is the eighth track featuring VASCO and C Jamm, showing the support that San E’s friends have for his latest album. The ninth track is a slower, more moving song titled “I Wanted to Succeed,” ending the album on a pensive note.

Furthermore, the credits reveal that the artist himself participated in the composing of each track, making it an especially personal album as it shows various sides of the artist’s musical styles and flexibility. The Boy Who Cried Wolf will be released on April 23rd and fans have already shared their excitement following the release of this album preview.
