The group MAMAMOO recalled a harrowing car accident they experienced while traveling to an event in the past, sharing the tense situation at the time.
On the 8th, a video titled “MAMAMOO Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, Hwasa [Jjanhan Hyung EP.148] Mamamoo has gathered, so there’s nothing we can’t do” was released on the YouTube channel Zzanbro.
In the video, the members picked Solar as the funniest member in the team and revealed various behind-the-scenes stories. In particular, Solar mentioned that her MBTI type shows a dominant “T” (thinking) trait, saying, “The members think I’m a robot.” She then brought up the car accident they had while heading to an event, surprising everyone. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries, but the situation was quite critical.
Moonbyul recalled, “I thought I was dead,” adding, “I was trapped between the airbags, and since I couldn’t see the other members, I thought I was in heaven.” Right after the accident, the members were so shocked they could barely speak.
However, Solar’s reaction was different. She honestly shared, “The other three have strong F (feeling) traits, but since I’m a T, I just sat quietly thinking, ‘If we can’t make it to the event, the penalty fee will be three times higher. What should I do?’”
She continued, “After checking that the members were okay, I immediately called the company to explain the situation. We went to the ER for checkups and decided it was better to delay the event start time than to cancel.” They revealed that the members actually performed at the scheduled event after receiving medical treatment, much to everyone’s surprise.
