4MINUTE’s Gayoon set on a special cameo role on “Let’s Eat 2”
4MINUTE‘s Heo Ga Yoon is set to make a cameo appearance on drama Let’s Eat 2 for tvN on April 27th.
Prior to the actual broadcast, it was confirmed that Gayoon will be taking the role of Hong Min Ah, the younger sister of the female lead, Hong In Ah. Ga Yoon’s character, Hong Min Ah, the antagonist of Seo Hyun Jin, is blunt, cool, and proactive.
Although it will only be a temporary appearance in the drama, it was also stated that her character is essential in the development of the plot.
When asked about this special casting, Gayoon expressed that, “I am thrilled to make a cameo appearance on the talk of the mukbang world, Let’s Eat 2. As this will be my first TV comeback in a long time, I was nervous prior to the filming session. However, I was able to enjoy the filming with the warm and friendly Let’s Eat 2 team. Please look forward to the blunt yet lovable character Min Ah.”
Previously, Heo Ga Yoon starred in the MBC drama Lights and Shadows in 2012. In the drama, she took on the role of an 80’s idol star named Hyeon Kyung, who is the lead member of the group Purple Sisters. Despite being her first acting experience, Heo Ga Yoon received positive support for her unique acting ability.
Let’s Eat 2 airs every Monday and Tuesday night 11 PM (KST).
