On December 31st, ballad songstress Baek Ji Young unveiled the dramatic music video for her contribution to the OST of upcoming movie The Tailors titled “Wind Blows.”
Although the movie received much attention after the release of beautiful still cuts and an extended trailer, a decision was made to cancel a VIP screening of it.
Viewers get a chance to see the interweaving of the textiles and fabric designs with the relationships among the tailors and royal family. Baek Ji Young again proves her name as the queen of ballad OST tracks with “Wind Blows.”
Just as the bright and vivid colors of the royals’ silk outfits contrasts the pure white clothes of the workers, the softness of Baek Ji Young’s voice contrasts the deeply emotional tone of her song.
The movie hit Korea’s theaters on December 24th and has an impressive cast of Yoo Yeon Suk, Han Suk Gyu, Go Soo, Park Shin Hye, and more.
