Super Junior fanboys over Girls’ Generation’s “Catch Me If You Can” stage at SMTOWN Tokyo

Girl’s Generation returned with a comeback with “Party” and it seems that no one is more excited than their labelmates, Super Junior!

In excitement for Girl’s Generation’s comeback, Super Junior’s Siwon posted a short video featuring a rowdy Super Junior in the wings during the girl group’s Tokyo stage during the SMTOWN concert. Super Junior’s fanboy side comes out to its full when the highlight of “Catch Me If You Can” drops.

Siwon saw the hilarity in the moment, captioning the video, “I didn’t realize it before, but when I saw how excited the members got when they watched a girl group’s performance, I thought ‘Ahhh I am getting old.'”

Meanwhile, the members of SMTOWN completed their performance in Tokyo sans f(x)‘s Victoria who had sustained an injury earlier this week while EXO’s D.O. performed seated on stage despite feeling unwell.

Girl’s Generation’s first pre-release and title track “Party” was released on July 7th at 10pm KST and will be the first of three songs that the girl group plans to promote this summer as they return as an 8-member group.
