EXO’s Chanyeol Signed A Hilarious Contract With His Sister When He Was 14-Years-Old

Pay attention to the terms and conditions when you sign contracts, Chanyeol!

When EXO‘s Chanyeol was a wee little 14-year-old (western age), completely under the reign of his older sister and newscaster Park Yoo Ra, he signed a contract that bound him into the strangest terms.

Chanyeol signed the contract when he was 16-years-old Korean age.

On his Instagram, Chanyeol uploaded a picture of his text messages with his sister. Chanyeol’s sister sent a picture of the old contract in question, stating “Nothing has changed between us.” Chanyeol responded, “What is this?”

Chanyeol captioned the picture, “An ideal sister brother relationship.”

Upon closer look, the contract held hilarious terms. Here are the terms of the contract made between a middle schooler Chanyeol and a high schooler Park Yoo Ra.

A “PMP” is a portable media player, and until the rise of super smart cellphones and tablets, this device was the it-item for playing music and videos.

From the details of the terms and conditions, to the adorable signatures on the bottom right, fans love every single thing about this contract…

…even the fact that November 31st does not exist and that the interest rate paid in late fees is actually super intense!

  • “What the hell is a PMP?”

  • “OKAY BUT ARE THEY AWARE THERE IS NO 11/31?”

  • “Oh wow, people don’t know what PMPs are anymore…? I feel so old.”

  • “I bet she chose that date on purpose. To scare Chanyeol!”

Park Yoo Ra and Chanyeol are well-known to have had a very strong relationship since they were both babies. In an interview, Park Yoo Ra mentioned that though the two fought over the smallest things, they have always been close.

“Chanyeol is a good boy. He can look mean, but he’s so nice to the point of being stupid sometimes. He is considerate, even when he can be proud. I worry about him sometimes, because he doesn’t know how to say no. I’m sure he has his life figured out, but I wouldn’t want him to be treated unfairly because he’s too gentle.” — Park Yoo Ra

Fans wonder if the debt has been successfully paid off, although with a family bond this strong, it probably doesn’t even matter!
