These Are BLACKPINK Jennie’s Top 3 Happiest Moments This 2021 In Her Own Words

2021 was a good year.

BLACKPINK‘s Jennie opened up about her fashion style, modeling experiences, and perspective on life in an interview with Dazed Korea.

Here, she mentioned her most favorite memories of the year. Check them out below!

1. Resting

First up, Jennie enjoyed paying more attention to self-care in 2021. She focused on herself physically, mentally, and socially.

I think I tried to focus a little more on myself and have a lot of time for myself this year. I tried to spend a year taking good care of myself.

2. Spending time with Loved Ones

Jennie also loved how she had fewer schedules this past year. She mostly focused on activities such as her YouTube channel, modeling, and more given that BLACKPINK did not make a comeback. She thus had a little more time for her loved ones which was rare in the previous years.

[I also took care of] the people around me who I haven’t cared about well because I’ve been so busy.

3. Shooting Campaigns

Finally, Jennie found the new experiences she had this 2021 in relation to her work extremely fulfilling. The best part was meeting new people whom she interacted with while filming branded campaigns.

My goal was to rest as much as possible but now that I look back, I was still really busy this year. While filming global campaigns for various brands, I met new people who I haven’t usually worked with and I remember every moment I worked with them.
