“That’s A Whole Lie” — Suga Accidentally Erases BTS Concerts From Existence At Agust D Show

“I literally took these pictures of him in the flesh.”

BTS‘s Suga (also known by his soloist stage name Agust D) is currently in the US for the first leg of his D-DAY solo tour.

BTS’s Suga (Agust D)

So far, Suga has performed in Belmont, Newark, and now Rosemont, a village outside of Chicago, Illinois. This isn’t the first time, the second time, or even the third time Suga has performed in the Chicago region…

…but has he forgotten that? According to fans who attended Day 1 of Suga’s Rosemont show, Suga told the audience, “The last time I was in Chicago was for the WINGS tour seven years ago.”

ARMYs, of course, playfully called out Suga’s “lie” by recalling memories from BTS’s 2018 LOVE YOURSELF and 2019 LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF Chicago concerts (that definitely did exist).

Who could forget these ab flashes?

Or ARMY’s plastic poncho fashion?

Or the pummeling rain that had J-Hope singing Rihanna‘s song “Umbrella”…

…and ARMYs calling in sick to work?

Since BTS has traveled all over the world, performing dozens of concerts per tour over the course of 10 years, it would be totally understandable if Suga did forget a show or two. As some fans have pointed out, however, Suga might have been specifically referring to the Allstate Arena in Rosemont.

Even if BTS’s Chicago shows are a tad fuzzy in Suga’s memory, they’ll live on in ARMY’s memory rent-free!
