GOT7 Announces Second Postponement Of Bangkok Concert Due To COVID-19

They have postponed it for the second time.

GOT7 has announced the postponement of their Bangkok concert due to COVID-19.

On March 27, JYP Entertainment released an official statement via their Twitter about the postponement of their concert.

The announcement reads:

GOT7 2020 World Tour KEEP SPINNING In Bangkok scheduled for May 9th, 10th, 2020 at the Rajamangala National Stadium has unfortunately been postponed again due to the ongoing proliferation of COVID-19.

We are currently under discussion for a new date while continuously monitoring the situation of COVID-19. We ask for your understanding as this decision is has been made in consideration for the safety of the artists and audience.

More information on ticket refunds will be announced at <4NOLOGUE website link>.

We sincerely apologize for postponing the concert once again and to all the fans who anticipated GOT7’s concert and will announce new dates in the future when finalized.

4NOLOGUE, the promoter of GOT7’s concert in Thailand, also followed up with an announcement of their own, expressing regret at the postponement, and revealed that their intention to decide on a new date, should the COVID-19 situation around the world stabilize.

 

This is the second postponement of GOT7’s Bangkok concert, following their previous postponement of the concert on January 31. The concerts were initially scheduled to take place on February 15 and 16, but later postponed to May 9 and 10.

As the spread of the COVID-19 still poses a global problem, GOT7 has decided to postpone their concert to another date, and will update their website accordingly.
