IMFACT Announces They Will Not Renew Contract With Star Empire

They will be going separate ways.

K-Pop idol group IMFACT announced that they would be Star Empire after being with them for the past seven years. The agency stated, “The exclusive contract with the group, who debuted in 2016, has officially ended”.

After careful discussion, Star Empire and IMFACT agreed not to renew their contract, with the contract ending on January 3. Below is the official statement.

Hello, this is Star Empire. First off, we would like to express gratitude to the fans who cherished and always sent support and love to IMFACT. The exclusive contract with IMFACT, who debuted in 2016, has officially ended.

After careful discussion with the company, we reached an agreement not to renew the contract. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the IMFACT members who have been with us and we will continue to support the path they take in the future. Thank you.

IMFACT debuted in 2016 as a five member group. Currently, members Jeup, Jian, and Taeho are enlisted in the military.
