While chatting with fans, Lily came across a message criticizing her bleached hair, with the commenter apparently describing it as looking “dead.”

It’s fine, I forgive you. But that’s so mean though? My hair does not look dead. It just looks like what a normal bleached head of hair would look like, okay? And I try not to use a lot of heat so it looks more natural right no. Dead, hmm.”
