In 2023, an NCT fan shared videos filmed inside Jaehyun’s hotel room while the room was empty.

Previous allegations accused the fan of waiting around hotel lobbies with other stalkers, but this instance quickly attracted international attention. So much so that SM Entertainment issued a statement regarding the incident.
Recently, NCT127 performed at KCON LA 2026, debuting their new song “Piñata” to an audience for the first time.
The fan shared videos on her account showing the members, including Jaehyun, at their hotel alongside staff and other locations. Videos of the members during non-public schedules and times were also posted.
